The Carter family held a reunion Aug. 20, at the home of Jackson Carter, four miles west of the city.  About 50 people were present and a pleasant time was enjoyed.

Among those present were C.S. Carter, Miss Minnie Carter, Mrs. I.S. Hoffman, Mr. & Mrs. John Carter, Mrs. John Cairns, Mrs. Glen Patterson, of this city;  Elza Carter of Upper Sandusky;  Marshal Carter and family of Sycamore.
