NORTON vs. NORTON

Charles A. Norton, whose place of residence is unknown, is hereby notified that Lora A. Norton did on the 12th. day of December, 1868, file her petition in the office of the Clerk of Court of Common Pleas within and for the County of Richland, and State of Ohio, charging Charles A. Norton with being an habitual drunkard for more than three years last past, and praying that she may be divorced from the said Charles A. Norton, and that she may have the care and custody of their infant son, Herbut A.
