Information on Arthur and Luther JARVIS not proven but evidence confirms they either went with or followed Robert MCCLELLEN and Susan JARVIS MCCLELLEN to Sacramento, CA and then on to Placer Co. CA, Auburn Area.

Robert MCCLELLEN left Ashland Co. OH after 1850 Census. Found in Sacramento CA. 1860 Census , 1870 Census Placer Co. CA Auburn area.

Robert MCCLELLEN was a Wagon maker and JARVIS brother Blacksmith. So not an unlikely match.

I believe that Arthur and Luther either went with them or followed them to this area. Robert JARVIS , Susan’s father owned a Pro Wagon shop in Hayesville for many years.
