Butler -- The marriage of Harry T. Manner, a young Mansfield attorney, and Miss Essie Miller, only daughter of J.A. Manner was placed in charge of affairs.  Miss Miller was operator at the central office in Butler and through the natural course of business the two young people conversed not a little over the wire.  This rapidly led to a closer acquaintance, which eventually resulted in a feeling of a warmer nature.  The Rev. J.S. Fitterer performed the ceremony at the bride a home on College Street in the presence of the immediate friends of the contracting parties.  The happy young couple left on No. 17 Thursday morning for their future home in Mansfield.  We extend congratulations.
