The man in the upper right corner, who is holding a child is Martin Smith Moser who was the second son of Austin Clark.  The child being held, is Vernon Smith Moser, who was born in 1904 - which would make the picture about 1906.  From the top left, the people *may* have been Henry Smith, Rebecca Marlow, and then their six children in order by age.  The older gentleman on the bottom left *may* have been Clark Smith, Henry Smith's brother.
