FINAL SETTLEMENT ACCOUNTS -- THE STATE OF OHIO, RICHLAND COUNTY} vs.  The following Final and Partial Settlement Accounts of Administrators, Executors and Guardians were filed at the August term, A.D. 1844, of the Court of Common Pleas of said county, and ordered to be continued until the November term, 1844, for publication, examination, and inspection of all persons interested therein, until the next term of this court:
Peter Brubaker, Guardian, for Gabriel Cring and Joseph Cring, heirs of Lewis Cring, deceased.  Final settlement.

Notice is hereby given to all persons interested in the above mentioned estates, that a motion will be made at the next term of said court for the approved of said accounts, all persons interested having objections to either of the said final settlements will be permitted to file exceptions at any time previous to their approval by the court.  -- E.W. NOTICE, Is hereby given that the undersigned have been appointed Administratrix and Administrator of the estate of John Cook, late of Perry Township, deceased, all persons indebted to said estate will make payment to the undersigned, and those having claims against said estate will present them to us for payment.  -- Abigail Cook and McArthur Cook.  October 16, 1844.
