NOTICE is hereby given, that a petition will be presented to the Commissioners of Richland County at their next session, asking them to lay out a road in Congress township, beginning at the south west corner of Daniel Iler's land on the county line, thence, north on said line till it intersects the road leading from Caledonia to Bellville, at the north west corner of Congress Township. -- Many Petitioners, Nov. 6, 1844. { Most notices in this paper were included in other issues of the paper, 11/13/1844 and 11/20/1844, which have also been placed on-line }
