Miss Polly Curran died on last Tuesday.

Dan. Garret is erecting two new tenement houses.

Jno. Saviers sold his residence to Henry Davis for $4,000, and has since purchased Col. Dempsey's at the same place.

MARRIED, At the Lutheran Parsonage, Shelby, Ohio, January 27th., 1875, by Rev. D.I. Foust, Mr. John S. Barber to Miss Hannah A. Craiglow, both of this vicinity.

MARRIED, At the residence of Mr. Washington Cline, January 28, by Rev. N.H. Loose, Mr. Reymer Kuhn and Ida Jane Cline, both of near Shelby, Ohio.

We learn that the mother of Mrs. H. Mickey, Mrs. Smith, quite an aged lady, fell on the ice on last Sunday morning, and broke her wrist.  She was not otherwise injured.

Our old friend G.W. Emmerson has taken the "Franklin House" at Crestline, and returning to his old business of keeping Hotel, is attracting his many friends by the genial, wholesoul sort of a way he has about him.

On last Tuesday a week, Mrs. Jacob Row slipped and fell, was found on the door step unconscious, was carried into the house, and remained so for an hour.  She was in a very critical condition when last heard from.

DIED, On Friday evening, January 29th., Edward, son of Alvia and Floradine Shelly, aged fourteen months.
