Mathias Mowrey, of this city, has been granted an invalid pension.  Reuben Zeider, also of this city, has been granted an increase of pension.  Daniel Walker of Bellville, has been granted a re-issue.

Isaac Roether, of Steam Corners, has been granted an increase of pension.

Wednesday.  David Dillon, of this city, has been granted an original invalid pension.

Friday.  James M. First, of Lucas, has been granted an increase of pension.

Friday.  David M. Bloom, of this city, has been granted an increase of pension.  Edward --leany of this city, has been granted a re-issue and increase.

Tuesday.  Geo. B. Merchant, of this city, has been granted an increase of pension.  Mary A., daughter of Eleazer Johnson, of this city, has been granted an original widow's pension.

Washington.  Mrs. Margaret Schlosser received a pension of $2,756 last week.

Thursday.  Jacob Fulger's pension has been increased from $6 to $12 per month.

Tuesday.  J.A. Needs, of this city, has been granted an increase of pension.

Wednesday.  William Flint, of this city, has been granted an increase of pension.

Washington.  Jesse Cashell received a pension last week of $17 per month.

Independence.  Alex. Calhoon has been granted a pension of four dollars per month.

14 September 1889, Vol. LXXII, No. 17

Lucas.  Leander Smart, will, from this on, draw $17 per month pension.  He received an increase of $5 per month.

23 September 1889, Vol. LXXII, No. 19

Monday.  The widow of the late Capt. Ross McMullen, of the First Independent Light Artillery, has been granted the largest widow's pension ever granted to a resident of Richland County.  Mrs. McMullen will receive $6,058 arrearage pension and $20 monthly for the rest of her life.  She arrived in the city this morning from Cleveland.

Monday.  Geo. Miller, a laborer living at 118 E. Second Street, has been granted a pension of $10 per month and $2,594 back pay.

Monday.  Mrs. Aaron Gilkinson, of this city, whose husband is in the insane asylum at Washington, D.C., has received $336 back pension and a monthly allowance of $50.

Friday.  Laura, widow of John Loder, of this city, has been granted an original widow's pension.

Tuesday.  Morgan Shaver, of this city, and Daniel Oyster, of Bellville, have been granted increased pensions.

Washington.  Hiram Baker received his pension papers last week.

Tuesday.  Martin Watkins, of this city (Mansfield), has been granted an increase of pension.

Friday.  John Thoma, Wm. Hudnut and Leonard Tressel have been granted increased pensions.

Saturday.  Frank Nail and David Ashbaugh, of this city, have been granted original invalid pensions.

21 December 1889, Vol. LXXII, No. 31

Thursday.  Peter Cromer and R.C. McFarland have been granted increases of pensions.

Monday.  The following ex-soldiers of Richland County were granted an increase of pension on Saturday:  John Nail, Samuel R. Salisbury and Henry Gainer, of Mansfield, and David Richards, of Bangorville.
