will made 26 December 1842, proved 17 January 1843:
To wife Rebecca and sons John, Samuel, and James
entire estate.
To daughters Mary, wife of Myers Powell; Sarah
Ward, Margaret Sloan; $200.00 each.
To daughter Hetty, $200.00, mare, side saddle and
bridle.
To John, George, Isabella, Elizabeth, and Sarah,
children of deceased daughter Elizabeth Stough, $20.00 each.
All money to be paid when estate is sold ten
years after decease of testator.
To sons, residue of personalty, maintenance of
wife of testator.
Executors, John and Samuel Terman
Witnesses: Matthias Crall, Jacob Icyhower.
