	William A. Hackett, of Bloominggrove Twp., was adjudged an imbecile Tuesday and Charles W. Marriott was appointed his guardian. The bond was fixed at $4,000. Dr. J.F. Schambs, Samuel Zigler and Frank Shirey were examined as witnesses.
27 October 1887	John Wise was appointed administrator with the will annexed of June Spear, deceased. Bond $1,000.
	Application was made to probate the will of John Graham, late of Franklin Twp.

17 November 1887	Helen Shaler, of Jefferson Twp., has assigned to S.M. Douglass. The property is real estate and a mill property The personalty is valued at $50 and the real estate at $5,000. Bond in the sum of $10,100 was filed.
	Sylvester Finicle was appointed administrator of the estate of John Finicle, deceased. Bond $250.

22 December 1887	Sarah M. Stewart, residing southeast of the city with her brother, was declared insane, and application was made for her admission to the Columbus asylum. She was once or twice before in the asylum. She is now 53 years of age.
	Walter L. Bradford and George Moorhouse were appointed executors of the last will and testament of Thomas Saunders, deceased. Bond $45,000.
	H.H. Sharp was appointed guardian of the six minor children of Mahala C. Daugherty, deceased, who are now in Washington Township. Bond $250.
	John A. Noble was appointed executor of William Noble, late of Bloominggrove Township. Bond $2,000.
