Lewis, ex-policeman, with violating the law prohibiting the sale of liquor to minors.  She is 14 years old and she accuses Sharp and Lewis of selling her liquor.  Warrants were issued and given to Patton to serve, so that Bill will have the extreme pleasure of arresting one of his associates on Mayor Newlon's police force and one of his henchmen, for Lewis took an active part during the recent campaign in Patton's behalf.  The board of visitors is back of the prosecution and it is hinted that there will be other prosecutions for selling liquor to minors.  Lewis and Sharp will have their hearing tomorrow morning.
