William Spriggins

William Spriggins, (s/o James Spriggins, Jr.) his residence was 239 Rae Ave. Mansfield, later changed to 247 Rae Ave. He was born 22 Dec. 1886 Richland Co. Oh. died 19 Jun. 1958 Mansfield, Oh. William was the Caretaker for North Lake Park, his grandson, William Tivener used to help him and put in the swans at night. His dog Pal went with him every day. William was a carpenter and built his home on Rae Ave. and other homes in Mansfield.
