The will of J.B. Ink, deceased, which was filed Thursday last for probate, is one of the briefest wills ever received at the Richland County Probate Court. 

The will is written on a half page of note paper and contains about a dozen lines.  It is dated Feb. 2, 1904, and is witnessed by B.J. Balliet and D.L. Zahniser.  

All the property is left to the wife, Mary E. Ink, who is named executrix.
