A certified copy of the will of John W. Amsbaugh has been sent from the probate court of Erie County to the probate court of Richland County, for record.  The will is dated at Bellville, Dec. 6, 1921, and is witnessed by F.M. Hess and C.E. Parkison.

The testator divides interest in a lot in Bellville and his investments equally among his brothers and sisters, D.W. Amsbaugh, Charles F. Amsbaugh, Sarah Hafer, of Bellville;  Flora C. Myers of Mansfield;  Ella M. Lepel of Shelby and Carrie A. Sturtz of Plymouth.  William C. Sturtz, a nephew, living in Shelby, is named executor of the will.  He is given authority to sell the real estate.
