Will of John Taylor

On the name of the benevolent father of all, I,  John Taylor, of Weller Township Richland County State of Ohio    Do make and publish this my Last Will and Testament

First it is my Will that my just debts and all charges be paid out of my Estate

Second I give and devise to my beloved Wife one third of all my Estate Real and personal to sell and convey by Deed or otherwise

Third it is my Will that my son William Taylor is to have twenty dollars out of my Estate and no more or his heirs

Fourth it is my Will that my Son Benjamin Taylor is to have ten dollars out of my Estate and no more

Fifth it is my Will that my Son Eli Taylor is to have five dollars out of my Estate and no more

Sixth it is my Will that my Son John Taylor is to have two dollars out of my Estate and no more

Seventh it is my Will that my Daughter Ann Taylor now Ann Secrist is to have ten dollars out of my Estate and no more

Eighth it is my Will that my Daughter Julia Taylor Wife of Alfred Cline now dec. his heirs are to have ten dollars and no more

Ninth it is my Will that my Son Hezekiah Taylor now dec. his heirs to have five dollars and no more

Tenth it is my Will that my son Isiah Taylor is to have fifteen dollars out of my Estate and no more

This is in addition to that I have given to all my children Already

Eleventh it is my Will that Jessie Ward Daughter of C. Ward Jr. is to have two hundred dollars out of my Estate and no more

Twelv it is my Will that Mary Rumina Ward Wife of C. Ward Jr is to have one hundred Dollars out of my Estate and no more

Thirteen it is my Will that Laura Nelson now living with me is to have fifty dollars out of my Estate and no more

Fourteen it is my Will that John (T) Carnaham now living with me is to have one hundred Dollars out of my Estate and no more

Fifteen it is my Will that Arlo Marion Carnaham is to have one hundred dollars out of my Estate and no more

Sixteen it is my Will that Lulah L Ward Daughter of C. Ward Jr is to have one hundred Dollars out of my Estate and no more

Seventeen it is my Will that Flora Morris Daughter of Isaac Morris is to have one hundred dollars out of my Estate and no more

Eighteen it is my Will that the Balance of all my Estate I give to my beloved Wife Real and Personal to have it for her own use

Nineteen it is my Will that all my property should be sold at public sale by my Executor or Administrator that is real or personal

Twenthe I do hereby nominate and appoint C. Ward Jr. Administrator of this my Last Will and Testament hereby authorizing and Empowering him to compromise adjust Release and discharge in such manor as he may deem proper the debts and claims due me and pay all my just debts 

I do hereby revolk all former Wills by me made on Testimony hereof I have here unto set my hand and seal this 19th Day of February in the year 1875
