Estate of Matthew Williams, Deceased
Be it remembered that heretofore to wit on the 11th day of March AD 1836, John Williams & James Williams, Executors of the Last Will and Testament of Matthew Williams late of Montgomery Township, Richland County & State of Ohio, Deceased, filed in the Clerks office of the Court of common Pleas, Richland County aforesaid [anilmentary] of the appraisement & sale [Piall] of the goods & chattels of said estate which are in the words and figures following, to wit:
The State of Ohio, Richland County
Before me, Wm W Irwin, a Justice of the peace in & for said County personally came Paul Sherraden, John King & Abraham Sheraden, appraisers of the estate of Matthew Williams, late of Montgomery Township in said County Deceased, and were sworn well & truly to appraise all the goods & chattels of said Estate which shall be presented to them for appraisement. And also, to set off to the widow of said Deceased such provisions or other property as they shall think reasonable for the support of herself and children twelve months from the time of the death of said Deceased. Given under my hand this 25th day of Nov 1835. Wm W. Irwin, Justice of the peace.
A true and accurate inventory of the goods & chattels of Matthew Williams late of the Township of Montgomery in the County of Richland. Deceased as presented to the undersigned Paul Sherraden, Abraham Sherraden & John King, appraisers, appointed by the Court of Common Pleas of said County by John Williams & James Williams, Executors of said Estate, this twenty-fifth day of Nov AD 1835.

And now to wit at the May
Term of our said Court AD 1837, the following Journal Entry was
made to wit:
John Williams & James Williams, Executors of the last Will
and Testament of Matthew Williams, Deceased, having at the last
Term of this Court filed their final Settlement account. And now
at the present Term the Court having proceeded to examine said
Account. And being fully satisfied that due notice has been given
at the filing of said account. And that no person has filed any
objections thereto or to any item thereof, the Court do therefore
approve the same. The Court also find in the hands of the said
Executors the Sum of One thousand & fourteen Dollars and
thirteen &one fourth cents, yet unexpended which is by the
Court ordered to be distributed according to Law. And said
account to be recorded all of which is done accordingly.
