ANNIVERSARY COMES DURING THIS MONTH

Couples Who Were Granted Licenses in Richland County Court 25 Years Ago.

August is generally considered the midsummer month in which few marriages take place. Such was not the case, however, 25 years ago for there were just 20 licenses granted in the Richland county probate court. These couples will be eligible to celebrate their silver wedding anniversary during this month, provided that both parties to the contract are still living.
