The boards of complaint which take the place of the old Boards of Review abolished by the Warnes Law have been named for each of the 88 counties of the state.  

They will organize and begin work on the first Monday in August.  They are to work with the County Auditor, who is to be secretary of the body.

Richland's board consists of:

S.A. Clark ... Mansfield

A.R. Stickler ... Butler

E.D. Brubaker ... Shelby
