2.  Robert Murphy and wife Martha of Richland Co. to  John Needs, (a neighbor) $20 for part of N 1/2 of SW 1/4 sec 25  T 21  R 19.  Dated 16 May 1835.  (Robert and Martha signed).  Deed received Nov. 4 and recorded Nov. 5, 1835.  Vol. 13, p. 588.

3.  Robert Murphy and Mary Ann Murphy sold to Samuel W. Kennedy for $4,200.  Both of Richland County.  N. 1/2  SW 1/4  S 25  T 21  R 19. (except 5 acres heretofore sold to John Needs.  Dated October 23, 1865.  (Mary Ann Murphy was Robert's wife # 2) Vol. 55, p 470.
