ADARIO -- Death, that always unwelcome guest, came to this vicinity very suddenly last Friday evening summoning a respected citizen to that bourne whence no traveler returns.  Thomas Caton was born in Somerset County, Pa., June 24, 1856, died Dec. 18, 1896, aged 40 years, 6 months and 24 days.  Mr. Caton was in his usual health and while away from home at work Friday was seized by a severe pain in his head after dinner.  He was brought home during the afternoon.  He seemingly recognized that the end was near for he remarked to his wife that his work was done that death was upon him.  He continued to grow worse, suffering intensely, until within a short time before his death, which occurred about 7 o'clock.  His death was caused doubtless by injuries received six years ago while felling a tree.  A wife and three children will miss the care and protection of a kind husband and father.  The funeral was held Monday morning and was largely attended by sympathizing neighbors and friends.
